A phone number is useful capability, not universal identity
A local number may help with calls, texts, queues, reservations and services that accept it. A 010 number does not guarantee universal Korean identity verification, every app or account signup, or payment and financial authentication.
Treat device compatibility, calls, SMS, number type, pickup and activation as selected-option facts. Do not infer them from the carrier name.
