Choose the access layer before choosing a DMZ tour.
JSA / Panmunjom and non-JSA DMZ tourism are different product classes with different authorities and failure modes.
A sellable “DMZ tour” does not prove JSA access. Start with the site you want, the current operating state and its exact identity and security gates; compare sellers only after that route remains feasible.

Do not collapse routes just because they share the DMZ name. Identify the access layer first, then decide whether the current route can be executed.

Current access state comes before itinerary marketing
The direct Panmunjom owner currently shows a suspension, while Paju's non-JSA DMZ Peace Tourism has a separate current official operating and reservation surface. The Peace Link Train is another selected-date branch, not proof of JSA access.
Operational closure, reopening eligibility and any seller-specific access claim remain unknown unless the exact current owner or operator proves them.
