AREX use alone is not eligibility. The operating carrier, route, same-day ICN flight, terminal cutoff, ticket and baggage must all match.

The official live list checked on 2026-09-10 separates T1 and T2 carriers and includes route or operating-carrier conditions. Treat that list—not a generic airline name—as the owner.

Stop as soon as one required condition fails.

  1. Same-day international departure from Incheon Airport
  2. AREX Express train ticket for that day
  3. Operating carrier and exact route on the current eligibility list
  4. Correct T1 or T2 assignment
  5. Completion before the terminal-specific cutoff and counter closing time
  6. Baggage that is accepted by the city-terminal rules

Airline name alone does not establish eligibility

Current official rules require an AREX Express ticket, an eligible same-day ICN international flight and completion by 3 hours before T1 departure or 3 hours 20 minutes before T2 departure. Published check-in hours are 05:20–19:00, with reception closing at 18:50.

The live AREX list controls operating-carrier, codeshare and route exclusions. Verify it immediately before use; all airlines and all international flights do not qualify.
